At the very core of our ethos at the Sangam Foundation is to work collaboratively with like-minded organisations in order to effect meaningful and necessary change within communities across the UK.
Although we have gained extensive knowledge, experience and expertise over the last 50 years in the delivery of core services at a grass roots level, we know that we can often make a difference more quickly and effectively when we harness the skills and expertise of others to our own.
That’s why partnerships are a vital part of our approach in fostering support and help across those communities that need it.
Below, you can find out a bit more about a few of the partners and projects that we’re currently supporting.

The Christmas gifts were given to children of all ages who are receiving end-of-life care. The toys will brighten up their days and create lasting memories of celebration for their families – something that is particularly important for siblings who spend much of their time caring for a brother or sister who is unwell.

If your organisation is interested in collaborating to deliver a project we are open to new initiatives and programmes that help the community.
Please contact us to arrange a meeting so we can discuss working together.
